Sarah is an investigative journalist from Australia who adores her pet poodle, Zuzu. Sarah always carries a purse, too, except when Harold forgets to draw it.

Sarah is the world greatest reporter. Zuzu is the world's greatest poodle. Together they get to the bottom of things.
Appearance[]
She has light gray fur with a lighter gray tail, with three freckles/whisker spots on her snout, and two light gray ears. Her tail has the shape of a flower.
History[]
Dog Man (book)[]
Zuzu was first seen in Chapter 4 of the book Dog Man, when she bolted out of Penelope's Pets while an employee from the pet shop chased after her. Eventually all of the dogs in the city (including Dog Man and her) entered Petey's trap, the Mutt-Masher-2000. She and the other dogs ran to it because Petey blew a dog whistle at them, which he amplified using a megaphone. They were stuck in the cage, and it looked like they were doomed. But then, when some hotdogs began rampaging, Dog Man threw some bones at Philly the Gyro to get him to destroy the cage, which he did, causing the other dogs, including Zuzu to escape. Then they chased and ate all the hot dogs.
Dog Man Unleashed[]
Zuzu appeared in this book twice, first when she turned her head away from Dog Man, and then when she bravely saved Dog Man from danger.
Dog Man: Fetch-22[]
Zuzu ran to Petey and Li'l Petey's laboratory and told him that Dog Man, Chief, and Sarah had all been captured. So then Li'l Petey called out for 80-HD (like he always does) and then they flew to the city.
Cat Kid Comic Club: On Purpose[]
Zuzu was seen on the cover page being held by Pedro. She was also being held by Pedro again when he asked Flippy if they could get a dog.
Dog Man: Big Jim Begins[]
She gets cutie-fied by the Space Cuties along with Sarah and Roscoe.
