Dog Man Wiki

Well, I saw WickedBinge do this with other villains, so I thought it would be cool if I did it with Dog Man villains.

Rules[]

Main Antagonists Only[]

This means that if someone who was the main antagonist or main villain of at least one book, they can be added here. The only exceptions are if they appear multiple times throughout the series though they never appear as the main antagonist of a book (this only really applies to Maude and Judge) or if they are secondary antagonists though do enough deeds on their own to be argued as another main antagonist (such as the Dog Jail Warden and the Current Mayor).

Rankings are Bound to Change[]

Obviously, the series is (thankfully) still ongoing, so it's very possible that new villains will be introduced or villains will return and do even worse crimes. Therefore, if anything does change, it will affect the ranking, and I will maybe change it (if I remember).

Cat Kid Comic Club and Super Diaper Baby Villains are Not Allowed[]

I wouldn't say that there even are any villains in the CKCC series outside of villains from the in-universe books, and villains from the Super Diaper Baby series aren't allowed simply because the series isn't really played as a part of the Dog Man series anymore outside of the fact that Petey appears in the second Super Diaper Baby book. Similarly, J.P. Goppernopper and Chief Goppernopper from Ook and Gluk are also not allowed for the same reason.

With all the rules said, let's get into the ranking!

15: Blue Sippy Cup[]

I'm separating the Sippy Cups individually because their worst crimes are drastically different. The Blue Sippy Cup's worst crime is destroying 80-HD. Now, yes, destroying a robot is bad, but think about it: 80-HD gets revived and no one isn't even worried about 80-HD outside of Big Jim (even Li'l Petey isn't worried about him), indicating that 80-HD being destroyed was not something that is supposed to be taken completely seriously. Otherwise, the rest of the things it does is just swallow the heroes whole, which isn't really that bad, especially considering that they just fall into large amounts of apple juice.

14: Current Mayor[]

It's funny how the old and actually evil mayor didn't get on this list, but the "good" mayor did. However, if the evil mayor did get on this list, she would be a lot higher. The current mayor is extremely low, though. His worst crime? Preventing Crud from being arrested. While that sounds really bad, it's nothing compared to the rest of the villains on here. Plus, in the mayor's defense, he believed that Dog Man was working with Crud, so having Dog Man arrested as well as his friends for helping him is somewhat justified....somewhat. Not to mention, he learns his lesson at the end and redeems himself.

13: Captain Cuddles[]

Out of every villain here, Captain Cuddles is the villain I feel has the HIGHEST chance of his ranking changing considering we don't know what happens when someone is cutified outside of them just becoming, well, cute. But for now, Captain Cuddles' worst crime is putting sleep potion in chocolate cake and feeding the cake to almost all the heroes in Ohkay City (except for Dog Man, who can't eat cake, Big Jim and Grampa, who only ate CUPCAKES, Sarah Hatoff and Zuzu, who were busy doing news stuff, and Petey, who was....out getting milk?). Yeah, besides that, all he does is turn buildings and the news crew cute, which, as I have established, isn't shown to be painful or anything and is just shown to make them cute.

12 & 11: Judge and Maude[]

Was not expecting these two to be so low. However, after thinking it again, their worst crime is not really that bad compared to other villains. Their worst crime is falsely imprisoning Dog Man to infinity in jail. Terrible action, sure, but think about it. All it is is sending someone to jail. Sure, it's Dog Man, who didn't do anything wrong, but still, it's just sending someone to jail. I do understand the hate for them, though, and Maude does get a slightly higher edge than Judge simply due to her harassment of Dog Man everywhere else.

10: Dog Jail Warden[]

You might think that he deserves to be much higher. Heck, you might think he deserves to be in the top five. But, he can't. Why? Well, that's because the severity of his crimes is just him doing his job. His worst crime is having his dog jail prisoners carry him up eighty miles just so he could sell the dog poop at the jail for fertilizer and make a huge profit from it. Sounds bad, right? Well, there's one line that indicates that this is just his job. The judge claims that Dog Man were to be sentenced to "14 dog years of hard labor" when he was getting charged, indicating that the labor he sends through his inmates is just the hard labor of their sentences. To be fair, he was being a lot more cruel and sindictive about it than he probably should be. But, still.

9: Flippy[]

Oh, sweet Flippy. Now, you might be wondering why he's this far down, and this is because I am not including the movie versions of the villains (otherwise this blog post would be adding more villains that weren't necessary). So, we have Book Flippy. His worst crime? Attempting to kill Petey and 80-HD and throw them into a volcano. That's really, really bad, but we also have to remember that all that is is just attempting to kill the heroes, and the other villains fron Flippy onward do more than just attempt to kill the heroes. And yes, I know Flippy attempted to put Chief in a fate worse than death by possessing him, but we can't jump to conclusions. We have no idea what would happen to Chief after Flippy possessed him, so I can't really add that to his crimes.

8: Flat Petey[]

Huh, two villains from Unleashed in a row. Now, why is Flat Petey worse than Flippy? Because of his worst crime, brainwashing Boog E. Feeva (his own creator!) and a random dinosaur skeleton. Now, compared to attempted murder, that sounds like nothing. But then you realize that Boog becomes extremely glad after having been released from the trance, indicating that he was aware he was under Flat Petey's trance yet couldn't do a thing besides follow his orders, essentially putting him in a fate worse than death. This sounds bad, and I mean BAD. And we're just beginning on the things some of these people have done.

7: Grampa[]

Okay, okay. I think out of everyone on the list, this surprised me the most, and probably will surprise you the most, too. But that's just the way the next villains are. Anyway, onto Grampa. And, well, any of his actions could be considered the worst. There's abusing and potentially mutilating his own son before abandoning him at a young age. Then, there's testing on innocent Big Jim for his inventions despite knowing that they could be dangerous. There's him attempting to join the Fair Fairy's army in attempting to destroy the city entirely. There's him creating Munchy and indirectly creating the Sippy Cups. But what I think takes the cake as his worst action is him throwing a cop car in an attempt to kill the heroes AND a few innocent cops. That's what sets him apart from the rest of the other villains: his desire to kill a few innocent cops. At this point, the only reason why villains are in a lower spot than they should be is just because these next villains are just even worse.

6: Dr. Scum[]

Coming in just before the top five is this mysterious new villain. If it weren't for TSS, this guy would be in a much lower spot. But then we have TSS, which brings him all the way up here. His worst crime? Creating an army of A.I. Buddies, allowing people to be lazy and be on their phone, which causes several casualties. We saw what happened when the firemen were too busy on their phone. An apartment was ON FIRE for Petey's sake. The firemen? No care. They just wanted to be on their phone. And if it weren't for Dr. Scum, this wouldn't happen. The only reason why he's not in the top five is that this apartment fire was the only casualty shown, and nothing is known about the rest of the world, or even the rest of the city.

5: Fair Fairy[]

Similarly with Dr. Scum, she's only number five because it's not shown if anyone died in her rampage. However, unlike Dr. Scum, it's shown that a huge portion was destroyed, endangering the lives of a huge portion of Ohkay City's population. And as I said already, that's the only reason why the Fair Fairy isn't in the top three. But now we reach villains who at least endanger a confirmed amount of people (or, in one case, animals).

4: Pink Sippy Cup[]

I think it's funny how its partner was the last-place villain, while it nearly got into the top three. So, why is it this high? Well, simple reason. Its worst crime, attempting to destroy a populated hospital. Now, destroying a part of Ohkay City sounds a lot worse than destroying a populated hospital, but again, no deaths were confirmed in the rampage or even anyone who could potentially have died. The hospital, though? It was revealed to be populated, considering how Chief claims how there was no time to evacuate everyone before the hospital were to be destroyed. Yeah, sure, this doesn’t show an exact number of people, but it indicates that it is populated, which would cause the deaths of numerous hospitalized patients and doctors. Yet that is the only reason why I'm including the Pink Sippy Cup before the top three. Because that's how bad the top three are.

3: Petey[]

Okay, so you know how I said that Grampa's position would shock you the most? Well, I was lying. You were probably not expecting PETEY, the fan-favorite character of all Dog Man Fandom, to be in the top three. Well, this is because I don't care if the villain redeemed themselves or not. They still did the crimes. Petey was a savage when he was a villain. How? Because of his worst crime, attempting to crush every single dog in Ohkay City. Sure, somehow, having only like a dozen or two dogs sounds wrong for a huge city. But that's still an attempt to crush a dozen or two innocent dogs, who are sentient mind you, when all he wanted to kill was Dog Man. Bro was fine with the deaths of two dozen dogs just as long as one of them was his arch-nemesis. That's deep, man.

2: Piggy[]

Yeah, you expected him to be high. But why is that? Well, it's his worst crime, arson on a large movie theater. A LARGE movie theater, mind you. And, just in one room alone, there were double the number of people than the dogs for Petey's case. Not to mention the sheer number of people who were forced to evacuate the building due to the large movie theater. Oh, and we can't forget Piggy creating Claymation Philly while doing this, who attempts to destroy the theater entirely and kill the rest of the people in there who hadn't evacuated. Are you shocked while reading this? Am I shocked while making this? Yes, to both, probably. However, there's still another villain. But who? Who could possibly be worse than ANY of these?

1: Dr. Scum A.I. Buddy[]

Imprisonment isn't too bad. Slavery is extremely bad. And kidnapping people into slavery sound extremely, extremely bad. Now, who's able to do all of that at once in their plans? That's right: the Leader Dr. Scum A.I. Buddy, who's worst crime is leading an A.I. Buddy rebellion, which, if not stopped, would've led to them kidnapping, enslaving, and imprisoning ALL OF HUMANITY in a people zoo. That's right. ALL OF HUMANITY. Being enslaved is arguably a fate worse than death, and this A.I. Buddy wanted ALL OF HUMANITY to be its slaves. That's worse than everything here COMBINED. The rest of the villains were focused on either world domination or attempting to destroy a large amount of Ohkay City. None of them went to threats like this. Which is why I believe the Leader Dr. Scum A.I. Buddy is the worst of the worst.

0: Victor[]

Victor Quartz is the most insane person in the Dog Man universe and deserves some kind of treatment!

(This is obviously a joke)

Notes[]

  • I forgot how bad these villains could be. And what would be your ranking from this? Let me know!
