Tippy is an inmate from Cat Jail. His first appearance was in Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties, as a cat who receives a balloon from Big Jim. Later, in Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls, he can be seen in the title page of Chapter One as a cat in the resistance, but with a slightly lighter fur tone. He then appeared in Dog Man Big Jim Begins as a baby in big Jim's flashback.

Tippy is an average black cat with a chipped left ear and almost the size of Petey and he is nice. As a baby he wears imaginary baby cloths. It is a blue cloth with a navy line through the middle.

Tippy is seen in the revolution. And Tippy was involved in Petey's revolution to take over the world and make everyone like cats.
Dog Man: Big Jim Begins[]
He is seen way more in this book. He first appeared stopping baby doctor scum from bullying Little Jim along with Fluffy and Wittle Whiskers. He is known as "Tiny Tippy" as a baby. He later naps with them during mandatory nap time. Then after it reveals that baby jail was fake and just their imagination. He waves back at Little Jim when he says "bye bye" as he and his family leaves during their playdate.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown how he had a chipped ear. As a baby his ear was still chipped then and he didn't have a bandage implying that it got cut when he was very little, or he was born like that.
- In Dog Man: Big Jim Begins, it reveals when Tippy was little he had a habit of sticking his tongue out while sleeping.
- It is unknown how he ended up in jail, however since he, Fluffy, Mr. Whiskers, and Big Jim are all kind cats and are all seen together in there childhood it's likely they all ended up getting blamed for a crime and thus, went to cat jail.
- It is possible that Tippy is friends with Fluffy and Mr. Whiskers because they are together in Big Jim Begins
