The Monster Cheese Sandwich is a large grilled cheese sandwich made out of "monster cheese". It has 8 orange limbs protruding out of its body, much like a spider. The monster's face is comprised of 2 giant, yellow eyes and a large fanged mouth.

The Monster Cheese Sandwich was initially created as a meal for Little Baby. His mother, whilst in the kitchen making a sandwich, accidentally grabs a block of "monster cheese". Upon grilling the sandwich, it comes to life and begins to chase Little Baby. As the Monster Cheese Sandwich chases Little Baby, it calls out a "MONSTER CHEESE SANDWICH ATTACK" that fails. After the chase goes on for a while longer, the Monster Cheese Sandwich trips on a banana peel left by Little Baby. After Little Baby gives the monster his banana, the Monster Cheese Sandwich asks Little Baby if it could be friends with him. Little Baby accepts, only to eat the monster shortly after.
