Steve is a minor character who appears in Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties.
History[]
In A Tale of Two Kitties, Dog Man runs to Steve's Choppers and Hang Gliders while Steve is outside near the building. Dog Man was barking, but Steve thinks Dog Man is saying the word "roof". He points at a sign on the roof, claiming free test drives. Dog Man looks around and then takes a chopper and a hang glider. Dog Man later uses the chopper and hang glider to save Petey.
