I've had it with these.. Dog-Gone Dog-Headed cops in this Dog-Gone Dog Man Movie!

–Samson J. Johnson In Dog Man: and Cat Kid

Samson J. Johnson played Chief in The Dog-Man before it shut down. His name is a parody to Samuel L. Jackson. He quits after Gassy Behemoth Studios' The Dog-Man movie all of the disasters that happened with Dog Man involved.

Personality

He can easily be offended and runs away at strange moments. He also says dog-gone a lot and doesn't like Dog Man because Dog Man's can be a little bit of a pain in the butt. He is shown to be angry at everywhere he goes even when he's at the limo. His catchphrase "ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!! I have HAD it with these DOG-GONE (minions) in this DOG-GONE (mini series)!!!" seems to be the running gag of the entire book of Dog Man: and Cat Kid, he constantly say that exact catchphrase when something goes wrong in the studio. He even said it once during the making of the movie.
