His name was revealed in Cat Kid Comic Club: On Purpose, when Sarah said "Roscoe! Clear my Schedule!"

Roscoe is seen wearing a backwards black baseball cap, and sometimes a grayish beanie. He wears a blueish-gray fanny pack around his waist, a blue belt, blue pants, and red shoes. He is tan and unshaven. His shirt varies from from book to book. He is almost always seen holding a large camera with "TV" written on the side.
