Robo-Time Industries is where Dr. Scum invented robots like his Burgle Balls and Robo-Chief, and where he plotted his evil schemes. There, he invented the A.I. Buddies that worked for people, freeing up their time to do "important" stuff. The building is a sort-of baby blue and it has a dark-tan roof, it has 12-panel windows which are seen to have a yellow-orange color light imitating from the windows and it has a double door and the words: "Robo-Time industries" written on it. Later in the books it's seen to have a tank mode and the fact that it can attach to Petey's lab.
