Porkbelly is the "world's most sinister psychokinetic angelfish".
Appearance[]
He is the assumed predecessor of Flippy. Unlike Flippy though, Porkbelly isn't a cyborg. He appears in the Captain Underpants Book 12, under the chapter "Dog Man: The Random Chapter" but Porkbelly doesn't appear in any official Dog Man books.
Powers[]
It seems as though Porkbelly has the same powers as Flippy; telekinesis. In Captain Underpants and the Sensational Saga of Sir Stinks-A-Lot (book 12), Porkbelly was disguised as Mecha-Petey, so it can be inferred that Porkbelly was using his telekinetic mind powers to control the fake Mecha-Petey.

- Porkbelly has the same name as Professor Poopypants' assistant in Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants (book 4).
- Porkbelly is most likely a proto-Flippy of sorts, as not only is he an evil psychokinetic angelfish like Flippy, but he also disguised himself as Petey like Flippy would in Dog Man Unleashed.
- In the full color version of Captain Underpants and the Sensational Saga of Sir Stinks-A-Lot, Porkbelly's name is changed to "Flippy".
- The mentioned fact above most likely means that Flippy's original name was Porkbelly but was changed due to the Captain Underpants character who is named Porkbelly
