Otto is an automobile who lives with a bunch of cars in a city. Their place was covered by big mountains that they cannot escape, but the only way to get outside is a tunnel with a short hole which they cannot fit. The cars are thinking of a plan to escape.
First, they're going to the top of the mountain, but a car fell down because it is steep to pass. Then, another car suggested to make the hole bigger, although they cannot afford. A bus builds a slingshot to shoot them over, but it bumped and hurt.
Otto has an idea - he flattened his tires to make him small and reached inside the tunnel. He leaves the city to buy lots of candy and he didn't share with anybody, while the other vehicles, who are still stuck in the city are unhappy because of him.
