Obey Spray, is a certain kind of spray. When the user sprays someone or something with this spray, they will become the user's servant. Laughter may undo the effects of Obey Spray. The only characters that were sprayed by this were Dr. Boog E. Feeva and the Dinosaur Skeleton. Dr. Boog E. Feeva was the only character to carry a can of Obey Spray.
