Mr. Squirty is a character in Dog Man: Lord of the Fleas. He owned a paint factory and inadvertently helped the Supa Buddies to beat the F.L.E.A.S. He lets Li'l Petey (nicknamed "Strange Flying Cyborg Kitten I've Never Met Before") take some brown spray paint, to make the F.L.E.A.S.' robot look like a squirrel so that giant Dog Man would bite it.

He is a mixed skin toned man with a small pink, oval nose and two tufts of hair on the sides of his head. He has a small mustache and a light blue, long-sleeved shirt with an S on the middle. He highly resembles Butler.
