Mister Falcon is an unseen electronics technician who works at Phil's Electronics in Cat Kid Comic Club: Collaborations.

Naomi and Melvin went to Phil's Electronics to repair Flippy's phone to Mister Falcon. The two left the building and thanked him.

He is based on Phil Falco, a creative director and book designer at Graphix Books. He helped Dav Pilkey on the book designs for Dog Man and Cat Kid Comic Club books.
