The owners of the Living Spray Factory was a lady and a man. They were minor characters in Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties, even appearing in the film. They find Flippy, and the male owner tried to throw Flippy into the trash can but accidentally hits the living spray tank, puncturing it.

The lady has golden blonde hair and porcelain skin tone, while the man has a medium olive skin tone. They both have green hats and they have green hats, green hats, shirts, brown pants and shoes - dark gray for the lady and dark brown for the man.
In the movie, they are named Rocco and Janet respectively and have completely new designs.
Rocco resembles an African-American adult with a black mustache and wears a yellow-construction worker like clothing, orange construction hat, ans safety goggles. Janet appears very similar to another minor character in the film, the Scientist, having black hair shown worn the same way. She has the same clothing as Rocco.
