Lil Rel Howery is a comedian and actor who voices Chief and Laser Pointer Palace in the film adaptation of Dog Man.
His previous voice acting roles include Alex from The Angry Birds Movie 2, Tom's shoulder angel and shoulder devil from the Tom & Jerry 2022 live-action animated comedy film, Sam Stringer from Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie, Rod Williams from Get Out, and Charlie from Birdbox.
