Kinney is a character who first appeared in Dog Man Unleashed, and made some more cameos in Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties, Dog Man and Cat Kid, and Dog Man: Mothering Heights. Most of the time, he says "Right?" after a sentence. He runs Kinney's Real Estate.
