The Eye Alien is a minor character in Dog Man: Big Jim Begins.
When Grampa was a young adult, it appeared out of a UFO and tells Grampa it had been looking throughout the galaxy to find the Chosen One and give her the Ring of Destiny and Stuff to help save the universe. Grampa lies to it, telling it he knew where the Chosen One was and was able to give the Ring of Destiny and Stuff to her. The Eye Alien thanks Grampa as it leaves Earth. However, Grampa uses the Ring of Destiny and Stuff to propose to Grace instead.
They speak in hippie language, where hippies are becomingly popular in the 70s.
