Dino-Buddy is a comic book that is apparently made by Flippy. It appeared for a moment in "Dog Man: Fetch-22", where Petey is seen holding it on page 53, panel 3.
While only the cover and the end of the book are visible, from what is seen, it may involve a human befriending a dinosaur and the two going on adventures. The book itself may be a reference to "Danny and the Dinosaur", which has a similar plot.
