Cat Jail is the jail that Petey formerly lived in when he was arrested. This is where antagonistic cats like Grampa and Big Jim are imprisoned.
Appearance[]
Cat Jail takes the appearance of a red building with a coral roof, three alarms and windows and a door with jail bars. It also has a jailyard blocked with big metal fences. It also has a "Cupcake Command Center", a basement which also serves as a headquarters for Commander Cupcake along with the "Cupcake Entrance" and "Cupcake Exit".

- It first appeared in Captain Underpants and the Big Bad Battle of the Bionic Boy Part 1: The Night of the Nasty Nostril Nuggets when in George and Harold's comic, Melvin built a lot of jails for men, women, other kids, etc, along with Dog Jail.
- It is unknown what crimes the other prisoners (besides Petey and his father) did to get in Cat Jail.
- It is considered a maximum security prison, though Petey has escaped it several times with ease.
- Petey has been in cat jail in the books several times.
- In the early books, there were barely any cops watching the jail, making it an easy run off for Petey.
