Super Diaper Baby (Full Name: Billy Hoskins Jr.) is the main protagonist of the Super Diaper Baby book series.

Billy is more of an innocent, super-powered baby. He will protect the city with his sidekick, Diaper Dog. He has worked with Dog Man to stop Petey in Super Diaper Baby 2½.

Super Diaper Baby appears in The Adventures of Super Diaper Baby and Super Diaper Baby 2. In the first book, he was born at Saint Wendy's Hospital, with Mary as his mother and Billy as his father. As the Doctor gave a traditional "spank of life", he fell down to the window and landed on a cup of Super Powered Juice (stolen from Captain Underpants) from Deputy Dangerous and Danger Dog who are both running away from the cops outside the hospital. He got his own superpower abilities and his father named him "Billy" after himself.
Billy found out that Deputy Doo Doo wreaks havoc unto the city, but both fell to the nuclear plant and rescued by Danger Dog, and later adopted by his family and renaming him "Diaper Dog" because the landlord disapproves that he might pee in the carpet. Deputy Doo Doo is affected by toxic waste from the plant and destroys the city, so Super Diaper Baby and Diaper Dog had to save the city by wrapping him in a giant toilet paper to bring to Uranus, bought Super Powered Juice for Captain Underpants and the family celebrated victoriously.
